Spring Term - Fact or Fiction
During the Spring term, we will explore a range of stories and compare the features of fiction and non-fiction texts. We will be listening carefully to stories to discover facts and develop our understanding of the natural world.
We will be focusing closely on life-cycles and how we can take care of our environment and the animals we live there.
We will discover how we can care for a seed and help it grow.
We will also learn more about traditions and celebrations.
As well as exploring the planned books and poems, we will also provide opportunities to explore wider texts that have been inspired by the children's fascinations and interests.
