Here are today's lessons and activities.
You can use the timetable on the previous pages as a guide for how long to spend on each activity, although some may be shorter or longer depending on the content.
Remember to upload at least two pieces of work to your class dojo portfolio.
In today's maths lesson, we are learning how to calculate the perimeter of squares and rectangles. Remember to read each question carefully and use the correct unit of measure for your answer. Use the power point to find out what perimeter is and then have a go at today's activities.
Use the following link to find supporting videos, games and activities relating to perimeter.
In English this week, we are continuing with the story of 'What We'll Build' By Oliver Jeffers. In today's English lesson we are going to create a piece of descriptive writing about a place that feels like home to us. Really think about where that place could be, may be it is your own home or a place you have been to and each time you have visited there you felt homely. We are going to use our knowledge of English features learned so far in order to complete the descriptive writing. Please organise your work carefully by writing in paragraphs.
In Science this week, we are learning about the water cycle. Use the power point below to find out more about the different stages of the water cycle. Remember to use the correct spellings for each of the key words when you are completing today's activities.
